Restaurants and paladares

This unique restaurant – museum is located in one of the oldest houses in Trinidad, which was owned by a very wealthy family who had several sugar and coffee plantations in the area.

To recreate a colonial atmosphere, the restaurant is decorated with furniture and objects from the 18th and 19th centuries that are valuable pieces of the city heritage.

Visiting this restaurant will give you the opportunity to seat in an original 18th century chair and use fine crockery from the colonial time.

The fantastic dishes you will taste here are inspired in unique recipes kept by the family owners through several generations.
